摘要
现今海洋勘探平台井距较小,已有的地面采油设备系统空间受到极大的限制,传统海上采油技术已经不能满足于当前海上采油的需要。随着我国的科学技术不断的改进和发展,在进行海洋石油开采工作时引进了井下双螺泵无杆采油技术。井下双螺泵无杆采油设备技术完善了无杆泵功能,无杆泵向下深度可达2200m,耐高温达120℃,举升液最在10-100m3/d之间。使用这项采油技术可以很好的应用到各个海上采油工作中,但是通过实际的使用发现,还存在着一些问题。本文通过对井下双螺泵采油系统进行系统的分析,对此种采油方式提出了相应的优化措施。
        At present, the well spacing of the offshore exploration platform is small, and the space of the existing surface oil production equipment system is greatly limited. The traditional offshore oil production technology can no longer meet the current needs of offshore oil production. With the continuous improvement and development of science and technology in our country, the rod-less oil recovery technology of underground double screw pump was introduced in offshore oil exploitation. Rod-less oil recovery technology of underground double screw pump has improved the function of rod-less pump, the downward depth of rod-less pump can reach 2200 m, the high temperature resistance can reach 120℃, and the maximum lifting fluid is between 10-100 m3/d. Using this oil recovery technology can be well applied to various offshore oil production, while through the actual use, we found that there are still some problems. In this paper, through the systematic analysis of the underground double screw pump oil recovery system, the corresponding optimization measures are put forward in view of this way of oil recovery technology.
