摘要

针对农村公路建设质量监督管理当中存在的问题,提出了详细的解决措施,如建立健全的质量监督机制,强化质监单位监督力度;强化业主职责,发挥项目业主的管理能力;强化施工质量管理,推进规范化施工等,以便对农村公路建设质量给予保障,使农村交通网得到进一步完善,提升农村经济的全面发展。
        In view of the main problems existing in the quality supervision and management of rural highway construction,this paper puts forward detailed solutions,such as establishing and improving the quality supervision mechanism,strengthening the supervision of quality supervision units,strengthening the responsibility of owners,giving full play to the management ability of project owners,and strengthening the quality of construction. Quantity management,promoting standardized construction,etc.. In order to guarantee the quality of rural highway construction,improve the rural transportation network and promote the overall development of rural economy.
