<正>糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病(diabetes mellitus)的特异性微血管并发症,也是目前全球中老年人视力损害的主要病因~([1])。随着糖尿病患病率逐年攀升,DR的患病率也在不断升高。这不仅严重降低了糖尿病患者的生存质量,也给公共卫生事业造成了巨大的经济负担。因此,早预防、早诊断、早治疗DR,正日渐成为目前糖
