“精装房”模式下的软装设计策略研究

摘要
在国家政策的引导下,精装修房发展如火如荼,并将成为未来商品房发展的主流。精装房将改变传统的硬装模式,成为新的行业导向,给室内设计带来巨大的冲击,具体表现在装饰装修更加标准化,标准化带来的缺点也显而易见,个性缺失、同质化严重,未能满足人们对个性品味的追求,从而为软装设计提供了契机。本文通过"桃李江南"实际案例分析,深入了解精装房中软装设计的实施流程,并通过赋予空间文化内涵、个性风格体现及丰富空间层次等策略,提升精装房的品格,推动软装设计的发展。
Under the guidance of national policies, the development of deluxe room is in full swing, and will become the mainstream of commercial housing development in the future. The hardcover room will change the traditional hard-installation mode and become a new industry orientation, bringing huge impact to interior design. The concrete manifestation is that the decoration is more standardized, and the disadvantages brought about by standardization are also obvious. The lack of personality and homogeneity are serious and people's pursuit of personal taste isn't satisfied, which provides opportunities for soft outfit design.This paper analyzes the actual case of "Taoli Jiangnan" and deeply understands the implementation flow of soft decoration design in hardcover houses, in order to enhance the character of hardcover houses and promote the development of drapery design by giving spatial cultural connotations, individual styles, and enriching spatial levels and other strategies.
