摘要
大规模在线开放课程(MOOC)为学习者们提供学习和相互交流的平台,使学习者真正成为学习的主导者,提高了学习效果。本文从教学内容编排、MOOC资源平台建设、教学活动设计和考核评价体系构建等四个方面探索"食品营养学"课程建设,尝试利用MOOC对传统课堂教学进行改革,激发学生的自主学习能力,引导他们在合作中进行"探究式"学习,提高教学效果。
Massive open online course(MOOC) provide a learning and mutual communicating platform for learners, and make them become truly dominant learners, thus improve the learning effect. In this paper, the course construction of food nutrition is explored from four aspects: teaching content arrangement, MOOC resource platform construction, teaching activity design and evaluation system construction. In the context of MOOC, the traditional classroom teaching is reformed to stimulate students' autonomous learning ability, guiding them to carry out "inquiry" learning in cooperation and teaching effect is improved finally.
