中医学专业《组织胚胎学》教学改革思考

摘要
组织胚胎学是重要的西医学基础课程,起着承上启下的作用,组织胚胎学为生理学及病理学等后续基础课程甚至临床课程的学习奠定坚实的基础。中医学专业学生在学习组织胚胎学等西医课程时往往因课时不足、中西医思维碰撞而存在兴趣缺乏、一知半解、记忆困难等问题,而中医现代化的趋势要求中医专业学生掌握中西医结合思维。笔者在湖南中医药大学2017级中医学专业学生中尝试推行了基于蓝墨云班课的组织学课程改革和基于选修课制度的胚胎学课程改革,效果显著,口碑良好。深入分析后也提出了更好的改进措施,以期提高中医学专业组织胚胎学课程的教学效果。
Histoembryology is an important basic course of western medicine. It plays a role in linking up and down and lays a solid foundation for the follow-up basic courses such as physiology and pathology and even the study of clinical courses. When studying western medicine course like Histoembryology, Chinese medicine students tend to have problemssuch as the lack of class time and thinking collision between Chinese and Western medicine, which leads to little interest, incomprehensibility and difficulty memory, etc. However, the trend of modernization of Chinese medicine requires them to master the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. The reforms of the histology curriculum based on Moso teaching software and embryology curriculum based on the elective course system were implemented among the 2017 Chinese medicine students of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine with significant effect and good reputation. In order to improve the teaching effect of Histoembryology among Chinese medicine students, further improvement measures are proposed after indepth analysis.
