摘要
叠片的性能直接影响叠片过滤器的过滤效果和使用寿命。以两种不同的流道布置形式的叠片,在不同流量的清水工况下,研究其水头损失的规律。结果表明:在清水条件下,随着流量的增加,两种叠片的水头损失与流量呈现出幂函数的关系,并且随着流量的增大,两种叠片的水头损失增加值大幅度增加;进一步分析两种叠片之间的水头损失的差值,其水头损失之差与流量呈现线性函数的关系。试验结论:复合流道叠片的水头损失小于传统流道叠片,但还需要后续试验验证其抗堵塞性能,同时本文为国内的节水市场提供了一种新的产品。
Lamination directly influences the laminated filter performance and service life. Based on the lamination of two different types of port layout,the law of its head loss was studied under different flow rate of clear water conditions. The results showed that under the condition of clear water,with the increase of flow rate,the head loss and flow of the two laminations presents a power function relationship,and the added value of the head loss of two kinds of lamination experienced a substantial increase,further analysis of the head loss between the two kinds of laminated difference,the head loss of the two kinds of laminated both present linear function relation with the difference between the flow. The test conclusionis: through the experiment,the head loss of the composite flow laminated filter is superior then the traditional flow path,but also need follow-up tests verify the anti-clogging performance; in addition,this paper for the domestic water market provides a new product.
