摘要

崔学教教授根据古今医家治疗早泄的特点,结合自己的临床经验,认为早泄的基本病机在于阴阳失调,或因虚而精窍失约,或因实而精窍失控,虚者有肾气亏虚、心脾两虚,实者有心肾不交、肝经湿热。故其治在于调和阴阳,或补虚固精,或泻实固精,同时提倡在服用药物期间注重心理疏导及行为疗法,临床疗效显著。
        According to the characteristics of ancient and modern doctors treating premature ejaculation, combined with his own clinical experience, Professor CUI Xuejiao believes that the basic pathogenesis of premature ejaculation lies in imbalance between yin and yang, the essence orifices losing control for patterns of deficiency or excess. Deficiency patterns are usually deficiency of kidney qi and insufficiency of heart and spleen, while excess patterns are mostly disharmony between the heart and kidney and dampness-heat of the liver. So reconciling yin and yang is main treatment concept, tonifying deficiency and strengthening essence, or purging excess and strengthening essence. He also pays attention to the psychological and behavioral therapy during the period of taking medicine, and the clinical efficacy is prominent.
