清肺解毒益气方辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎合并心肌炎30例临床观察

摘要
目的观察清肺解毒益气方辅助治疗小儿肺炎合并心肌炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在湖州市南浔区人民医院儿科接受治疗的支原体肺炎合并心肌炎患儿共60例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予西医支原体肺炎常规抗感染、营养心肌治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合清肺解毒益气方,治疗5 d后统计2组治疗前后心肌肌酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶(CK-MB)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)水平以及临床疗效。结果治疗前2组AST、LDH、α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后2组AST、LDH、α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB水平均显著下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为73.33%,治疗组为96.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肺解毒益气方辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎合并心肌炎,能显著改善患儿心肌酶谱水平,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Jiedu Yiqi Fang(清肺解毒益气方) in adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae complicated with myocarditis in children.Methods Sixty children with mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with myocarditis admitted to Nanxun District the People's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were chosen and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each.The control group was given routine anti-infection and nutritional myocardial therapy for mycoplasma pneumonia in Western medicine.The treatment group was given combined Qingfei Jiedu Yiqi Fang(清肺解毒益气方) on the basis of the control group.After treatment for 5 days,we kept statistics of the levels of myocardial creatine kinase(CK) and its isoenzyme(CK-MB) changes,glutamic aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH) as well as the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of AST,LDH,α-HBDH, CK and CK-MB between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment, the levels of AST,LDH,α-HBDH, CK and CK-MB decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,that of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion It can significantly improve the levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum of the children patients to use Qingfei Jiedu Yiqi Fang in adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae complicated with myocarditis in children,with significant clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
