摘要
依托某微型轿车,从动力总成振动能量传递路径的角度建立了车内噪声分析模型,通过对各条路径的传递特性进行分析,识别车内噪声主要传递路径及环节。在ADAMS中建立动力学参数化仿真分析模型,探讨动力总成悬置参数对车内噪声的影响。基于车内噪声传递分析模型,以车内噪声最小对悬置系统进行优化,为动力总成悬置系统的优化设计提供了参考。
        This paper, based on a mini car, the interior noise analysis model is built from the viewpoint of transfer path analysis of the engine vibration energy, the transfer characteristic of transfer paths are discussed, the most important transfer paths and subsystems are identified. Based on ADAMS software platform, a parametric and dynamic model of mounting system is established,and the influence of the parameters of mounting system on vehicle interior noise is discussed. With the optimization objective of the lowest interior noise, the mounting system is optimized based on interior noise transfer analysis model. These can provide reference significance for design of powertrain mounting system.
