摘要
目前,综合管廊项目风险管理水平不高,风险因素关系定量研究较匮乏。风险因素及其之间的交互作用关系构成了风险关系网络,该网络可描述和呈现风险因素系统。以各个风险因素的网络特征为主要依据将其归纳为4类:Ⅰ类风险、Ⅱ类风险、Ⅲ类风险、Ⅳ类风险。选取社会网络分析方法 (SNA)中的测度指标(包括度数中心度、中间中心度、接近中心度、结构洞)识别上述4类风险,借助实际工程经验分别提出管理建议,并以大连市东港综合管廊为例演示风险因素及其关系网络的研究过程。
