肺康复干预联合穴位贴及TDP灯照射防治高龄患者髋关节置换术后肺部感染的临床研究

摘要
目的:观察肺康复干预联合穴位贴及TDP灯照射防治高龄患者全髋关节置换术后肺部感染的临床效果。方法:选取我院骨科2012年1月至2016年8月期间进行全髋关节置换术患者50例。将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例。对照组采取穴位贴联合TDP灯照射及常规护理,治疗组在此基础上采取肺康复干预治疗,比较两组患者干预治疗3个月、6个月后肺部及其他并发症的发生率。结果:治疗组治疗3个月、6个月肺部感染率分别为4.0%(1/25)及0.0%(0/25),前后比较,差异显著(χ2=16.511,P=0.000<0.05)。而对照组3个月、6个月肺部感染率分别为12.0%(3/25)及8.0%(2/25),其差异显著(χ2=13.371,P=0.001<0.05)。治疗3个月后,对比分析两组患者肺部感染的发生,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=12.277,P=0.002<0.05)。6个月后,对比分析两组,差异显著(χ2=12.311,P=0.002<0.05)。结论:对髋关节置换术后肺部感染高龄患者采用肺康复干预联合穴位贴及TDP灯照射治疗,其效果明显,可有效预防高龄患者全髋关节置换术后肺部感染的发生。
Objective: to observe the pulmonary rehabilitation intervention combined sticking and TDP lamp to prevention and treatment of senile patients with pulmonary infection after total hip replacement. Methods: to choose our orthopaedic during January 2012 to August 2016 in 50 patients with total hip replacement. It were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25 cases each.
