PDCA循环在门诊抽血室标本质量控制中的应用分析

摘要
目的探究对门诊抽血室标本管理工作实施PDCA管理后的效果。方法我院从2016年8月—2017年10月开展门诊标本PDCA管理方案,并选择2016年2月—2017年7月我院的门诊工作进行回顾性记录。评价管理前后的门诊标本应用质量改善状况。结果实验结果显示,采用PDCA管理后,我院中提前抽血标本、试管错误、漏抽血标本、登记错误、样本遗失的情况较质量管理前更优,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将PDCA管理应用于门诊抽血室标本管理工作中,能够有效改善管理质量,减少在标本应用工作中出现的错误,对于提高标本管理的效率有积极意义。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA management on the management of specimen collection in outpatient blood collection room. Methods The PDCA management scheme was carried out from August 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital, and the outpatient work of our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 was recorded. The quality improvement of outpatient specimens before and after management were evaluated. Results The experimental results show that after PDCA management, the situation of blood samples, test tube errors, leaking blood samples, registration errors and sample loss in our hospital is better than that before quality management, and the difference between groups is statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA management to the management of blood sampling room in outpatient department can effectively improve the management quality and reducethe errors in the application of the specimen. It is of positive significance for improving the efficiency of specimen management and is worth popularizing.
