护理干预配合艾灸治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

摘要
目的:探究分析护理干预配合艾灸治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法:选取2016年9月～2017年9月在我院接受诊治的98名原发性痛经患者,按就诊顺序随机分成两组。对照组口服给药痛经宝颗粒辅助心理护理、经期护理、饮食护理,治疗组在对照组基础上配合艾灸辅助护理干预。比较两组患者治疗总有效率及治疗前、后的疼痛感(VAS评分)。结果:治疗组总有效率(95. 9%)显著高于对照组(83. 7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。治疗后两组VAS评分均有所降低,治疗组VAS评分(1. 92±0. 74)明显低于对照组(3. 35±0. 63)(P<0. 05)。结论:护理干预配合艾灸治疗原发性痛经临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者疼痛状况,操作较为简便,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of nursing intervention and moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: A total of 98 primary dysmenorrhea patients admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visits. The control group received oral administration of Tongjingbao Granules for psychological nursing,menstrual care and dietary care. The treatment group was supplemented with moxibustion-assisted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of treatment and pain before and after treatment( VAS score) were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate( 95. 9%) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group( 83. 7%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were reduced. The VAS score of the treatment group( 1. 92±0. 74) was significantly lower than that of the control group( 3. 35 ± 0. 63)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention combined with moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has a significant clinical effect,can significantly improve the patient's pain status,the operation is relatively simple,it is worth further promotion and application.
