摘要
煤矿轴流式通风机在传统倒机方式下先停风再倒机,容易引起瞬时瓦斯超限,针对这一问题,结合动叶可调轴流式通风机,设计了一种不停风倒机监控系统。该系统以S7-300系列PLC为控制核心,通过引入卧式百叶窗式旋叶风门实现不停风倒机,组态王软件开发的上位机系统实现通风机的"一键倒机"和通风机系统的工况监测。该监控系统在平煤某矿实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
According to the traditional mine axial fan stop the wind then blow machine,which can easily cause the instantaneous gas overrun problem, combined with the adjustable axial fan blade, designed a machine monitoring system with constant air blower. The system used PLC S7-300 series as control core,through the introduction of horizontal louver vane damper without blowing out machine,Kingview software development of host computer system "one-key blow machine"fan and condition monitoring system. The monitoring system has been applied in Ping Coal Mine and achieved good results.
