摘要
为矿井单绳缠绕式提升系统培训提供了一个教学、实践平台,并可扩展实现模拟其他生产流水线的运行工况,应用可编程控制技术和变频调速技术,改造设计了一种矿井提升机模拟教学实验装置。重点介绍了硬件结构、调速系统,监测系统等。
In order to provide a teaching and practice platform for training single rope winding hoisting system in coal mine,and to be extended to simulate the operation condition of other production lines,the programmable control technology and frequency conversion technology were applied,a simulation teaching and experiment device for mining hoist was designed. The hardware structure,speed regulation system and monitoring system were introduced emphatically.
