摘要

介绍了不锈钢渣湿法处理线的工艺流程,分析需要进行Profibus-DP通信设备的类型和数量,分配设备通信地址,确定通信数据和报文,最后搭建通信网络,实现了主控制器与远程I/O站、PLC和变频器的通信。
        The paper introduced the process flow of stainless steel slag wet processing line. It also analyzed the type and amount of the communication facilities to constitute Profibus-DP network, assigned the communication address to various facilities, determined the communication data and message, finally constituted the communication network, so as to realize the communication of master controller with remote I/O station, PLC and frequency converter.
