城镇污水处理厂脱氮除磷技术现状分析

摘要
太湖流域城镇污水厂经提标改造后,尾水均达到一级A标准,但仍然发现一些问题。通过对18家企业的调研,了解到提标改造后的城镇污水厂的脱氮除磷工艺的运行现状,查勘了脱氮除磷运行的不足和应对措施,依据脱氮除磷发展趋势,介绍了脱氮除磷的新工艺和技术。提出合理改进污水处理厂的现行工艺、强化生物氮磷去除效果,以期达到更严格的氮、磷排放标准双重控制,降低碳排放成本和污染控制成本。
        After the upgrading and retrofitting of wastewater treatment plant(WWTPs) have accomplished in Taihu River Basin, the problems were still existing in the WWTPs though these WWTPs have basically reached level A emission standard. For the 18 investigated WWTPs, this paper summarized the operation status and the present problems of the process of the WWTPs, and the response measures were introduced as well. Moreover, some novel domestic processes and technologies of nitrogen and phosphorus removal were elaborated. In the end, the development trend of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in wastewater plants were put forward. This paper pointed out that development trend present in the rational improvement of WWTPs will be enhancing the effects of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal to achieve dual control of the emission standards with more stringent and reducing the operation cost.
