摘要

近年来,国内环境污染问题日益突出,引起世界多国的注意。这一严峻态势促使人们不得不思考转变城市发展的固有模式,积极探索新的城市发展模式。当前,低碳生态环保发展理念深入人心,也成为城市发展的主流趋势。为此,文章对低碳生态城市的相关理论与实践进行详细阐述,介绍低碳生态城市规划的概念与意义,低碳生态城市规划的原则及对策,以期为低碳生态城市规划建设提供一些有益的参考。
        In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent, attracting the attention of many countries in the world. These serious situation has prompted people to think about transforming the inherent mode of urban development and actively exploring new urban development models. At present, the concept of low-carbon eco-environmental protection development is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and has become the main trend of urban development.Therefore, this paper expounds the theory and practice of low-carbon eco-city, introduces the concept and significance of low-carbon eco-city planning, and principles and countermeasures of low-carbon eco-city planning, in order to provide some benefits for low-carbon eco-city planning and construction.
