摘要
目的探讨同种异体骨移植结合跟骨接骨板内固定在跟骨关节内骨折治疗中的效果。方法 78例跟骨关节内骨折患者为研究对象,对照组为跟骨接骨板内固定治,观察组为同种异体骨移植结合跟骨接骨板内固定。结果观察组与对照组在治疗后总有效率的对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论同种异体骨移植结合跟骨接骨板内固定方法,能够降低治疗后并发症发生率,提高治疗效果,具有应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of allograft bone graft combined with calcaneus plate internal fixation in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods 78 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fractures were selected as the research objects. The control group was treated by internal fixation with calcaneal plate, while the observation group was allogeneic bone graft combined with calcaneal plate fixation. Results There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Allogeneic bone graft combined with internal fixation with calcaneal plate can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the therapeutic effect, which is of practical value.
