从脾气虚损探讨健脾益气方延缓HIV/AIDS疾病进程

摘要
中医学认为脾胃为后天之本,其中脾脏在人体生理病理变化之中具有十分重要的地位,有"脾为枢机"的说法。艾滋病患者随着病情的发展,脾气逐渐亏损,其他脏腑也会同时受累,会加速进入艾滋病期。因此,健脾益气可以说是延缓HIV/AIDS发生发展的主要因素,从脾入手对艾滋病患者辨证施治,能够有效的改善患者症状,提高生活质量,降低病死率,延缓发病时间。
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the spleen and stomach are the acquired basis, in which the spleen plays a very important role in the physiological and pathological changes of the human body. There is a saying that the spleen is the pivot. With the development of the disease, the spleen qi of AIDS patients gradually debility, other viscera will also be affected at the same time, will accelerate the entry into the AIDS phase. Therefore, invigorating the spleen and invigorating qi can be said to be the main factors to delay the occurrence and development of HIV/AIDS. Spleen-based treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of AIDS patients, improve the quality of life, reduce the mortality rate and delay the onset time.
