摘要
为明确铝胁迫下白苦瓜幼苗光合特性和丙二醛含量的变化规律,本研究以自来水为对照(CK),分别用50 mg/L(T1)、300 mg/L(T2)、500 mg/L(T3)、800 mg/L(T4)的AlCl_3溶液对白苦瓜幼苗进行处理,20 d后测定白苦瓜幼苗光合指标和丙二醛含量。结果表明:白苦瓜幼苗叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_2浓度在T1处理下未发生显著抑制,但随处理浓度的增大光合指标均呈现下降趋势,其中T4处理显著低于CK。随处理浓度的增大,白苦瓜幼苗的膜脂过氧化程度逐渐增强,丙二醛含量显著升高。T2、T3、T4处理的白苦瓜幼苗光合作用既受到气孔因素制约,也受到非气孔因素制约。
        In order to study the effects of aluminum stress on photosynthetic characteristics and MDA content of white balsam pear seedlings,with clear water treatment as control(CK),50,300,500 and 800 mg/L AlCl_3 solutions were designed to determine the photosynthetic characters and MDA content after treated for 20 days. The results showed that 50 mg/L Al Cl3 had no significant inhibit effect on the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercelluar CO_2 concentration of white balsam pear seedling leaves after 20-day stress. With the increase of the concentration of aluminum,the inhibition effect on photosynthetic characteristics of white balsam pear seedlings gradually became stronger,and all the photosynthetic characters showed decreasing trends. Under the stress of 800 mg/L AlCl_3,they were significantly inhibited compared with CK. With the increase of aluminum concentration,the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation increased gradually,and the content of MDA increased significantly. Under the stress of 300,500 or 800 mg/L AlCl_3,the photosynthesis of white balsam pear was restricted by stomatal factors as well as non stomatal factors.
