奥马哈系统管理模式在维持性血液透析老年患者中的应用

摘要
目的研究分析奥马哈系统管理模式在临床中应用到维持性血液透析老年患者中的效果。方法选择在2017年8月至2018年8月到我院接受维持性血液透析的老年患者72例,其在常规护理方式的基础上实施奥马哈系统管理模式,将患者干预前后认知、状态、行为评分以及透析是否充分情况进行评价。结果经过奥马哈系统管理模式干预后,患者的护理问题得到了较大的改善,且透析充分性更加理想(P<0.05)。结论对于行维持性血液透析的老年患者,在常规护理方式基础上应用奥马哈系统管理模式的效果理想,能够有效改善护理问题,并增加透析充分性,在临床中的意义重大。
Objective To study the effect of Omaha system management model in clinical application to elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 72 elderly patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled. The Omaha system management model was implemented on the basis of routine nursing methods. The status, behavioral scores, and dialysis were evaluated for adequacy. Results After the intervention of the Omaha system management model, the patient's nursing problems were greatly improved, and the dialysis adequacy was more ideal(P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, the application of Omaha system management model based on routine nursing methods is effective, can effectively improve nursing problems, and increase dialysis adequacy, which is of great significance in clinical practice.
