手术室多元化专科培训在继续教育中的应用探讨

摘要
目的探讨手术室多元化专科培训在继续教育中的应用。方法我院在2017年8月正式实施手术室多元化专科培训,选取2017年1—7月接受培训护理人员86名为对照组,2017年8月—2018年5月接受培训的护理人员90名为研究组,对照组护理人员接受传统培训方式,研究组护理人员接受多元化专科培训,记录并比较两组护理人员培训后的考核成绩和培训期间论文发表,并对比两个时间段内患者对于手术室内护理人员的满意程度。结果研究组的护理人员与对照组相比,研究组理论和操作考核成绩高于对照组(P <0.05);论文发表篇数多于对照组(P <0.05);研究组护理人员培训期间(即2017年8月—2018年5月),手术医师对手术室护理配合的满意程度更高。结论手术室多元化专科培训在继续教育中应用效果理想。
Objective To discuss the application of diversified specialized training in operation room in continued education. Methods In August 2017, the diversified specialist training in operating room in our hospital was officially implemented, and 86 training nurses from January to July 2017 were selected as the control group, 90 nurses trained from August 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study group. Nurses in the control group were given traditional training, while nurses in the study group were given diversified specialized training. The assessment results of the two groups after training and the publication of papers during training, satisfaction degree of the patients to the nurses in the operating room during the two periods was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing staff of the study group had higher scores in theoretical and operational assessment(P < 0.05). In terms of numbers of published papers, the research group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). In addition, the surgeons(from August 2017 to May 2018) were more satisfied with the care of the operating room. Conclusion The diversified specialist operation room training program is ideal for continued education.
