基于PLC的花卉钵苗移栽机自动输送装置

摘要
为提高花卉移栽的生产效率,降低成本,减轻人工劳动强度,在大规模种植花卉中引入了基于PLC系统的移栽机,采用气缸和马达驱动整个装置,以实现机电一体化。对设计的基于PLC的花卉钵体苗自动输送移栽机进行试验,结果表明:花卉钵体苗移栽机自动输送装置协调性好,投苗准确率高,机械部分有效、可靠。该装置的运用可以减少花卉钵苗的移栽的成本,在花卉种植中有极高的经济价值。
        Large-scale planting flowers in the introduction of PLC system transplanting machine,the use of cylinders and motors to drive the entire device to achieve mechanical and electrical integration. In this paper,the design of PLC-based flower bowl body seedlings automatic transfer transplanting machine to carry out experiments,the experimental results show that the flower bowl machine seedlings transplanting machine automatic transmission device coordination is good,high efficiency,effective and reliable. The use of the device can reduce the cost of transplanting the flower bowl seedlings,so the application of the device in the flower planting has a very high value.
