火针联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗泛发性扁平疣临床疗效及机制

摘要
目的:探讨火针联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗泛发性扁平疣患者临床效果。方法:选择泛发性扁平疣患者共78例,按照随机数字的方法分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组39例患者,对照组患者给予异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合火针治疗,对治疗的效果进行分析。结果:经过治疗后,对照组患者的白细胞介素-2,白细胞介素-10,干扰素-γ,皮损计分分别从(17.72±6.25)ng/L,(10.35±2.26)ng/L,(22.71±5.61)ng/L,(7.41±2.05)分,变化为(24.21±4.27)ng/L,(8.02±2.00)ng/L,(25.61±4.58)ng/L,(4.91±1.51)分,观察组患者的白细胞介素-2,白细胞介素-10,干扰素-γ,皮损计分分别从(17.56±5.81)ng/L,(10.43±2.18)ng/L,(22.98±6.47)ng/L,(7.45±2.28)分,变化为(29.15±3.66)ng/L,(6.61±1.81)ng/L,(33.25±5.12)ng/L,(3.31±1.41)分,观察组患者改善的程度高于对照组患者,数据差异均具有统计学意义(t=-5.486,3.264,-6.945,4.836,P<0.05),观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(z=-6.555,P<0.05),两组患者在治疗过程中所出现的各项不良反应发生率的数据差异均不具有统计学意义(χ~2=0.214,0.157,0.126,0.347,2.053,P>0.05),对照组患者复发率为12.82%(5/39),观察组患者复发率为0.05%(2/39),数据差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.342,P<0.05)。结论:使用火针联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗扁平疣患者,可以改善免疫因子,提升治疗效果,安全性良好。
        Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fire needle combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of generalized flat wart. Methods:A total of 78 patients with generalized verruca were selected. According to the random number method, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 39 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with erythromycin isovitamin A acid gel, and the observation group was treated with fire needle on the basis of the control group, and the effect of the treatment was analyzed. Results:After treatment, the control group's interleukin-2, interleukin-10, interferon-γ and skin lesion scores from(17.72±6.25)ng/L,(10.35±2.26)ng/L,(22.71±5.61)ng/L and(7.41±2.05)points respectively changed to(24.21±4.27)ng/L,(8.02±2.00)ng/L,(25.61±4.58)ng/L and(4.91±1.51)points. The interleukin-2, interleukin-10, interferon-γ and skin lesion scores of the observation group changed from(17.56±5.81)ng/L,(10.43±2.18)ng/L,(22.98±6.47)ng/L and(7.45±2.28)points to(29.15±3.66)ng/L,(6.61±1.81)ng/L,(33.25±5.12) ng/L and(3.31±1.41)points. The improvement of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the data was statistically significant(t=-5.486, 3.264,-6.945, 4.836, P<0.05). The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the data was statistically significant(z=-6.555, P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(χ~2=0.214, 0.157, 0.126, 0.347, 2.053, P>0.05). The recurrence rate was 12.82%(5/39) in the control group and 0.05%(2/39) in the observation group. The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.342, P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of fire needle combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of patients with flat warts can improve immune factors, the treatment effect and has good safety.
