针对性护理在肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期护理中的效果分析

摘要
目的分析针对性护理在肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期会中的效果。方法随机选取我院行钬激光碎石术治疗的肾结石患者50例,将其随机分为2组,各25例。对照组围手术期行常规护理,基于此观察组行针对性护理。比较两组住院时间、复发率以及满意度。结果观察组住院时间、复发率等较对照组均显著较少,且P<0.05。观察组满意度96.0%较对照组80.0%显著较高,且P<0.05。结论针对性护理在肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期中的护理效果显著,即利于改善患者预后,提升其满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in perioperative period of holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi.Methods 50 cases of renal calculi treated by holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the observation group received targeted nursing.The hospitalization time,recurrence rate and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time and recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,and P<0.05.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96% higher than that of the control group,and P<0.05 was significantly higher than that of the control group(80%).Conclusion The nursing effect of pertinent nursing in the perioperative period of holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi is remarkable,which is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients and enhance their satisfaction.It is worth popularizing and applying.
