摘要
以某空分装置预冷系统为原型,结合HYSYS工艺流程模拟软件的特点,并运用HYSYS软件稳态模拟和动态模拟的功能,对该预冷系统进行了模拟计算,同时通过改变一些关键工艺参数来观察相应变量的变化,指导实际开车过程中预冷系统工况调整的方向。
Taking the precooling system of an air separation unit as a prototype, combining with the characteristics of HYSYS process flow simulation software and using the functions of steady-state simulation and dynamic simulation of HYSYS software, simulation of the pre-cooling system was performed. At the same time, some key process parameters were changed to observe the variations in corresponding variables, to guide the direction of the pre-cooling system operating condition adjustment in the actual start-up process.
