CD207与皮肤疾病相关的研究进展
摘要
朗格汉斯细胞(LC)是表皮中重要的抗原递呈细胞,其特异性表达的CD207蛋白对于细胞发挥抗原免疫清除和免疫调节等功能有重要作用。CD207在皮肤病毒感染(人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、麻疹、人乳头瘤病毒(HPV))、细菌感染(麻风分枝杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌)、真菌感染(念珠菌、马拉色菌及酵母菌属)、过敏性皮肤病、皮肤肿瘤等皮肤疾病的免疫调节机制中发挥重要作用。该文就CD207与皮肤疾病相关的研究进展进行综述。
