用腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病的临床效果观察

摘要
目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病的临床效果观察。方法选取本院2017年3月至2018年4月收治的100例泌尿外科疾病患者,随机分成对照组和实验组,每组50例。实验组患者使用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组患者使用传统开腹手术治疗,观察和比较两组患者的手术治疗效果和治疗满意度。结果实验组患者的治疗效果总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症明显低于对照组,住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病可以显著的缩短患者的手术时间,还能降低患者的术中出血量,促进患者恢复,所以泌尿外科临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for urological diseases. Methods One hundred patients with urologic diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic surgery, and patients in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery. The surgical treatment and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The complications were significantly lower than the control group. The hospitalization time, operation time and intraoperative blood loss were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of laparoscopic surgery for urological diseases can significantly shorten the operation time of patients, It can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and promote the recovery of patients, so the clinical application value of urology is higher.
