摘要
目的探讨儿童及青少年精神分裂症患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、叶酸水平与阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and negative symptoms scale,PANSS)评分的相关性。方法采用病例-对照的研究方法。选取西安市精神卫生中心儿少心理科2017年4月~2018年7月期间的100例精神分裂症患者作为病例组,同时选取口腔医院120例健康体检患者作为对照组。分析两组患者的血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸水平,并采用阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and nega-tive symptoms scales,PANSS)评定患者病情的严重程度。结果①病例组的叶酸水平为7.98±6.39ng/ml,Hcy水平为28.47±23.41μmol/L,对照组的叶酸水平为11.14±4.52ng/ml,Hcy水平为14.57±4.27μmol/L。病例组的叶酸水平明显低于对照组,Hcy水平明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=2.433,P<0.05;t=3.459,P<0.01);②病例组患者的PANSS评分与Hcy水平呈正相关(r=0.440,P<0.01),PANSS阴性评分与叶酸水平呈负相关(r=-0.346,P<0.05),Hcy水平与叶酸水平呈负相关(r=-0.497,P<0.01)。结论儿童及青少年精神分裂症患者血清Hcy,叶酸水平和PANSS评分有密切的关系。
        Objective To observe the correlation between serum homocysteine(Hcy),folic acid levels and positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)score in children and adolescents patients with schizophrenia.Methods The case-control method was used in this study.100 patients with schizophrenia in the Department of Children and Adolescents Psychology in Xi'an Mental Health Center were selected as the case group from April 2017 to July 2018,and 120 healthy people in the Oral Hospital were selected as the control group.The levels of serum Hcy,folic acid were analyzed and the patients of case group were assessed using positive and negative symptoms scales(PANSS).Results ①The levels of serum folic acid and Hcy for case group were 7.98±6.39 ng/ml and 28.47±23.41μmol/L,and the levels of serum folic acid and Hcy for control group were 11.14±4.52 ng/ml and 14.57±4.27μmol/L.The levels of serum folic acid were significantly lower and the levels of serum Hcy were significantly higher in case group compare with contorol group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.433,P<0.05;t=3.459,P<0.01).②A positive correlation existed between PANSS scores and Hcy levels(r=0.440,P<0.01),and a negative correlation existed between negative symptoms scores and folic acid levels(r=-0.346,P<0.05),and a negative correlation existed between serum Hcy and folic acid levels(r=-0.497,P<0.01).Conclusion There was a relationship between serum Hcy,folic acid levels and PANSS score in children and adolescents patients with schizophrenia.
