艾灸联合运耳术对心脾两虚证失眠患者中医证候的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察艾灸联合运耳术对心脾两虚证失眠患者中医证候的疗效。方法选取在重庆市綦江区中医院接收的心脾两虚证失眠患者92例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组各46例,对照组给予口服艾司唑仑片治疗,实验组给予艾灸联合运耳术治疗,两组均持续治疗15d。观察两组治疗前后中医证候评分、临床疗效及治疗依从性。结果治疗后,两组睡眠不安、神疲乏力、头晕目眩、健忘、心悸不安等中医证候评分及总分均明显降低,且实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组治疗总有效率及依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合运耳术治疗心脾两虚证失眠患者效果明显,可减轻其中医证候,提高治疗依从性。
Objective To observe the curative effect of moxibustion combined with ear massage therapy on the traditional Chinese medical(TCM)syndrome of insomnia patients with the deficiency syndrome of heart and spleen.Methods A total of 92 insomnia patients with the deficiency syndrome of heart and spleen treated in Qijiang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Chongqing were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and experiment group with 46 cases in each group according to the random number table.The control group was given the oral treatment with estazolam tablets,while the experiment group was given moxibustion combined with ear massage therapy.The two groups were treated consecutively for 15 days.The TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy and treatment compliance before and after treatment were observed in both groups.Results After treatment,the scores of the TCM syndromes including sleep disturbance,mental fatigue,dizziness,amnesia,palpitation and uneasiness and the total score of those syndromes were significantly reduced in both groups,and they were significantly lower in the experiment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and treatment compliance after treatment were significantly higher in the experiment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with ear massage therapy has significant effect on the insomnia patients with the deficiency syndrome of heart and spleen by relieving the TCM syndrome and improving the treatment compliance.
