摘要
结合西柏坡电厂废热利用入市项目下穿京广铁路防护涵工程,介绍多孔、大直径、小间距顶管同步下穿铁路既有线施工技术,阐述了顶管下穿前的线路加固技术、大直径顶管同步穿越过程中沉降控制措施等。监测数据表明,沉降量均控制在允许范围内,保证了铁路的安全运营。
        With the waste-heat-utilizing project of the Xibaipo Power Plant under-crossing the protective culvert for the BeijingGuangzhou Railway as an illustrative example,introduced in detail in the paper are the construction techniques for multi-pipe,large-diametered and little-separating-distance pipes to be jacked simultaneously to under-cross an existing railway,with the railway-consolidating techniques before the under-crossing of the jacked pipes,the settlement-controlling techniques in the process of the large-diametered pipes simultaneously under-crossing the railway and the like dealt with.The monitored data show that the settlement is kept within the range of the permits so that the safe operation of the existing railway is fully ensured.
