基于ANSYS-polyflow宽幅机头流道优化设计与应用

摘要
以挤出最大宽度为1 600 mm的250单螺杆挤出机机头流道为研究对象,根据现场应用存在的问题,利用ANSYS-polyflow对原有结构进行分析并据此优化设计,经现场生产运行结果表明:优化设计方案能够很好地解决相关问题,能满足客户的生产需求,取得了良好的应用效果。
        The flow path of the 250 single-screw extruder with the maximum width of the extruded product reaching 1 600 mm is studied object. Based on the feedback from the field application, the original structure was analyzed. The optimal design was proposed under the influence of finite element analysis(FEA) of ANSYS-polyflow. The field production verification results show that the optimized design solution can solve related problems well,meet customer's production requirements and achieve good application results.
