摘要
茶学是一个实践应用性很强的专业,产教融合是培养应用型茶学人才的有效途径。本文分析了茶产业发展对茶学人才能力的需求,提出了安康学院茶学专业的培养定位,并在人才培养方案优化、企业参与、教学改革和创新创业能力培养等方面进行了探索,形成了"产教融合,强化能力"的人才培养模式。
Tea science is a specialty with its strong characteristics of practicality and applicability. Integration of production and education is an effective way for training applied talents. This paper analyzed a demand for tea industry development on talents' capability, proposed the orientation of talent cultivation in tea science major for Ankang University, carried out the exploration of optimizing the talent cultivation strategy, enterprise participation, educational reform as well as cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability, eventually forming the talent cultivation pattern for integration of production and education together with strengthening ability.
