摘要

本文根据《上海证券交易所科创板企业上市推荐指引》中评估企业科技创新能力重点关注事项,以深圳微芯生物科技股份有限公司为例,分别从专利布局的角度评价企业的专利布局对企业上市或待上市产品的保护能力;从专利质量的角度评价企业的技术创新能力、专利管理能力和获得专利权保护范围的能力;从专利运营的角度评价企业将专利权转化成资本的能力;探索对生物医药企业专利评价的方法。
        According to the Guidelines for Listing of Sci-Tech Innovation Board Market Enterprises,this paper takes Shenzhen Chipscreen Biosciences Co.,Ltd,as an example to explore patent evaluation methods of biomedical companies from several aspects,including the ability to protect the listed or pending products using patent layout,the ability of technology innovation,patent management and to obtain a patent right,and the ability to convert patent rights into capital.
