摘要
目的探讨正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET-CT)联合血清肿瘤标志物检测在肺癌中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2016-01~2018-03该院收治的56例肺癌患者,探讨PET-CT、血清肿瘤标志物、PET-CT联合血清肿瘤标志物检测肺癌诊断的准确度、特异度、敏感度情况。结果 PET-CT的准确度、特异度、敏感度分别为76. 79%、69. 23%、79. 07%,血清肿瘤标志物的准确度、特异度、敏感度分别为69. 64%、53. 85%、74. 42%,而联合检测的准确度、特异度、敏感度分别为85. 71%、53. 85%、95. 35%,联合检测可以提高肺癌诊断的准确度与敏感度,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 PET-CT联合血清肿瘤标志物检测能够提高肺癌诊断的准确度及敏感度,值得临床应用与推广。
        Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of positron emission tomography-computed tomography( PET-CT) combined with serum tumor markers in lung cancer. Methods The data of 56 hospitalized patients with lung cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of PET-CT,serum tumor markers and PET-CT combined with serum tumor markers were analyzed for the diagnosis of lung cancer. Results The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity were 76. 79%,69. 23% and79. 07% in PET-CT method,and 69. 64%,53. 85% and 74. 42% in serum tumor markers detection method,85. 71%,53. 85% and 95. 35% in PET-CT combined with serum tumor markers detection method. The combined examination method can improve the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of lung cancer,with significant differences among the three methods( P < 0. 05). Conclusion PET-CT combined with serum tumor markers detection can improve the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of lung cancer,and is suitable for clinical application.
