摘要
我国山区的老旧电气化铁路由于建设时间较早,技术标准较低,施工材料性能较差,在出现水害时铁路两侧山体成为铁路的重大安全隐患,因此增建明洞棚洞是十分必要的。针对在增建明洞棚洞时,已有接触网设备对施工产生的干扰,对明洞棚洞增建时接触网改建实施方案中的关键点,即接触网锚段关节及中锚的处理、接触网定位装置的选择和接触网工程定位支柱的选择进行详细论述,对施工过程中如何处理出现的问题作了介绍,提出过渡支柱基础采用在棚洞立柱内预埋底座的形式、在悬臂梁上安装吊柱并用弓形腕臂进行定位以及利用边墙的过渡立柱结构形式等建议,为既有电气化铁路增建明洞棚洞提供重要技术支持,为后续大批量水害整治工程奠定技术基础。
        For obsolete electrified railways in China′s mountainous areas,mountain massif on both sides of suchrailways has become a major potential safety hazard during a flood disaster due to their early construction,low-leveltechnical specifications and construction materials poor in performance. Therefore, it is necessary to add open( shed) tunnels. With a view to the interference generated during construction to existing overhead contact lineequipment when adding open(shed) tunnels,the article elaborates the key points in the overhead contact line re-construction & implementation scheme,that is,overhead contact line overlap and mid-anchor treatment,over-head contact line localization locating device selection and overhead contact line engineering localization pillar selec-tion. It introduces the construction process and the settlement of problems existing during construction. The articlesuggests to provide an embedded base in shed tunnel pillars in view of the transition pillar foundation,install a daviton the cantilever beam,locate with an arched cantilever and utilize the structural form of transition pillar of sidewalls,etc. Therefore,it provides important engineering practices for adding open(shed) tunnels of existing elec-trified railways,and also lay a technical foundation for subsequent numerous flood disaster improvement projects.
