摘要
综述了芒果苷对心、脑、肾及血管损伤方面的保护药效研究进展;芒果苷具有酚羟基结构和肾上腺糖皮质激素样作用,有抗炎、抗氧化等药理活性,具有抗心肌炎症,抗心肌氧化,抗心肌缺血,抗脑炎症,抗脑氧化,抗脑缺血,抗肾脏炎症,抗肾脏氧化,抗肾脏缺血以及保护血管等作用。
        The article reviewed the research progress of mangiferin in the protection of the heart, brain,kidney and blood vessel injury. Mangiferin had phenolic hydroxyl structure and adrenocorticosteroid-like effect,which had anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation and other pharmacological activities, and also can be used for antimyocardial inflammation, anti-myocardial oxidation, anti-myocardial ischemia, anti-brain inflammation, anti-brain oxidation, anti-ischemia, anti kidney inflammation, anti renal oxidation, anti renal ischemia and vascular protection.
