摘要
介绍了一种用于硅钢连续退火炉隔离段放散控制的方法。该方法利用模糊PID控制技术提高了隔离段炉压差闭环控制的响应速度以及控制精度,提高了硅钢连续退火炉的隔离段对炉内气氛的分段隔离效果;利用类正态分布函数系数修正方法,减少了隔离段因炉压过低启动氮气保护程序而对炉内压力及气氛产生干扰的概率,进而提高硅钢连续退火炉的生产效率和质量。
This paper introduces a kind of diffusion control method for silicon steel continuous annealing furnace isolator.In this method,the response speed and control precision of the closed-loop control is improved by using the fuzzy PID control technology,and the effect of the isolation section of the silicon steel continuous annealing furnace is improved.Using the method of correcting the normal distribution function coefficient,this method reduces the probability of the interference caused by the pressure and atmosphere in the furnace due to the low pressure of the furnace,and improves the production efficiency and quality of the silicon steel continuous annealing furnace.
