摘要
由于细长薄壁件自身刚性差,加之受材料内部残余应力、加工装夹方式及加工过程中切削力的影响,导致其极易发生变形,尺寸及形位公差不易控制,加工难度较大。文章从某细长薄壁件的结构和加工难点分析入手,考虑到加工过程中各种因素的影响,研究控制变形的方法,制定出合理的加工工艺方案,并通过实例来验证加工工艺方法的可行性。
        Due to the poor rigidity of thin-wall part and the influence of residual stress inside the metal, chucking method and cutting force produced by machining process, the deformation of thin-wall part occurs easily, the dimension and geometric tolerance are difficult to control, and the machining is difficult. The paper starts with the analysis of the structure and processing difficulties of thin-wall part, studies the method of controlling deformation by taking into account the effect of all of the factors in machining process, and formulates a reasonable machining process scheme which has been verified by example.
