摘要
针对抽油泵柱塞和固定凡尔罩的结构和工作机理进行了深入研究,找出抽油泵漏失的原因,解决了普通抽油泵在使用过程中磨损增大、漏失量逐渐增大、单级固定阀易失效等问题,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种实现"零"密封的柱塞总成和具有特种结构的双级固定阀,以到达提高泵效,延长抽油泵使用寿命的目的。
This paper studies the structure and working mechanism of the pump plunger and the fixed valve cover, and finds out the cause of the leakage of the pump, and solves the problems that the wear of the conventional oil pump is increased, the leakage amount is gradually increased, and the single-stage fixed valve is easy to be invalid. A plunger assembly that achieves a "zero" seal and a two-stage fixed valve with a special structure are provided to achieve the purpose of improving pump efficiency and extending the life of the pump.
