世界顶尖商学院如何构建创业教育生态系统——百森商学院的经验与启示

摘要
经济新常态下如何实现我国创业教育的突破性进展,构建中国特色的创业教育生态系统,是目前高等教育改革的重要课题。本文以百森商学院为例,从教育理念、课程体系、教学方法、创业活动、师资力量等几个维度总结其创业教育的经验与特色——创业教育生态系统,反思我国创新创业教育存在的问题,并从中得到些启示。
How to realize the breakthrough of entrepreneurship education,and construct entrepreneurship education ecosystem with Chinese characteristics,is becoming an important subject in higher education. This paper summarizes the characteristics and experiences from Babson entrepreneurship education,especially in the perspective of entrepreneurship education ecosystem,including the concept of education,curriculum system,teaching methods,entrepreneurial activity,teachers etc. It reflects the problems of entrepreneurship education in China and gains enlightenment.
