PDCA循环管理提高消毒供应中心复用诊疗器械灭菌质量的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理提高消毒供应中心复用诊疗器械灭菌质量的效果。方法以敦煌市医院消毒供应中心2015年9月至2016年9月未开展PDCA循环管理期间灭菌处理的18 000包灭菌包为对照组,以2016年10月至2017年9月开展PDCA循环管理后,消毒供应中心灭菌处理的18 000包灭菌包为研究组,比较两组复用诊疗器械灭菌质量合格率、临床科室医护人员满意度。结果研究组手术器械、诊断器械、呼吸道管路及其他物品的灭菌合格率均高于对照组(P<0. 05)。研究组复用诊疗器械灭菌质量总合格率为96. 69%(17 405/18 000),高于对照组的81. 96%(14 725/18 000)(P<0. 05)。研究组临床科室医护人员的满意度为94. 44%,与对照组的满意度(78. 89%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论应用PDCA循环理念管理消毒供应中心工作可有效提高复用诊疗器械灭菌质量合格率,提高医护人员满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA circulation management on the improvement of sterilization quality for reusable medical instruments in disinfection supply centers. Methods From September 2015 to September 2017,18 000 packs of sterilizing bags treated by disinfection and supply center of Dunhuang Hospital in Gansu Province were enrolled into control group after PDCA cycle management began performing. And18 000 packs of sterilizing bags treated by disinfection and supply center of Dunhuang Hospital in Gansu Province were considered as the study group with the PDCA cycle management being performed. The sterilization rates of reusable medical instruments and the satisfaction rates of medical staff and patients were compared between two groups. Results The sterilization rates of surgical instruments,diagnostic instruments,respiratory pipelines and other articles in the study group were significantly higher than those in control group( P<0. 05). The total qualified rate of sterilization on reusable medical devices in study group was 96. 69 %( 17 405/18 000),which was significantly higher than that in control group( 81. 96%,14 725/18 000)( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction rate of medical staff and resident patients in study group was significantly higher than that in control group( 94. 44% vs78. 89%,P < 0. 05). Conclusions The application of PDCA circulation concept to the management of disinfection and supply center can improve the sterilization quality of reusable medical instruments effectively,which reduces the incidence of iatrogenic infection as well as improves the satisfaction of medical staff and patients.
