摘要
随着辅助生殖技术(ART)的不断发展,帮助了很多不孕患者,提高了临床的妊娠率,但仍然还有相当一部分患者因各种原因失败,其中子宫内膜容受性就是影响ART成功与否的关键因素之一,而子宫内膜过薄可影响子宫内膜容受性目前在学术界已经基本达成共识。文章主要探讨总结薄型子宫内膜致不孕的病因病机,以及总结王翠霞老师对薄型子宫内膜致不孕的治疗经验。
        With the development of assisted reproduction(ART) technology, it has helped many infertile patients and increased the clinical pregnancy rate, but still a xonsiderable number of patients have failed for var ious reasons.Among them, endometrial tolerance is one of the key factors that affect the success of ART, and endometrium too thin can affect endometrial tolerance has basically reached a consensus in the academic community. This article mainly discusses and summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of thin endometrial infertility, and summarizes the experience of WANG Cuixia's treatment of thin endometrial infertility.
