摘要
王翠霞教授认为肾虚血瘀是多囊卵巢综合征基本病机,肾虚则冲任不充,血瘀则冲任不畅,气血无以顺利下行,胞宫、胞脉失去滋养,导致肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫生殖轴不能发挥正常作用。创立补肾益精,活血祛瘀治法,基础方药为川断、菟丝子、地黄熟、山萸肉、旱莲草各10g,当归、丹参各15g,薏苡仁20g,陈皮6g,泽泻10g。经前期补肾阳为主,加巴戟天10g,鹿角片15g;行经期活血通经为主,加益母草15g,泽兰10g;经后期滋补肾阴为主,加山药10g,黄精15g;排卵期以补肾调气血促排卵为主,加肉苁蓉、川芎各10g。显著改善多囊卵巢综合征月经周期、经量、经色、腰膝酸软等肾虚血瘀症候,激素水平及卵巢体积趋于正常,体现整体观。附肾虚血瘀月经不调验案1则(多囊卵巢综合征)。
        Professor WANG Cuixia thinks that kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome, kidney deficiency make Chongren not enough, blood stasis make Chongren not smooth, Qi and blood can not go down smoothly, cell uterus,uterus sequence of thought lost nourishment, lead to kidney-Tiangui-Chongren-cell uterus reproductive axis can not play a normal role. Creating a treatment of tonifying the kidney and benefiting the essence, activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis, basic prescription is Chuanduan,Tusizi, Dihuang, Shanyurou, Hanliancao each 10 g, Danggui, Danshen each 15 g, Yiyiren 20 g, Chenpi 6 g, Zexie 10 g. Premenstrual supplementation of kidney Yang, add Bajitian 10 g, Lujiao15 g; menstrual circulation of activating blood circulation and meridion, add Yimucao 15 g, Zelan 10 g; Nourishing kidney Yin mainly in the late period of menstruation, add Shanyao 10 g, Huangjing 15 g; Tonifying the kidney and regulating Qi and blood to promote ovulation during ovulation period, add Roucongrong 10 g, Chuanxiong 10 g. Significant improvement polycystic ovary syndrome menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual colour,soreness and weakness of waist and knees etc, kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, hormone levels and ovarian volume tend to be normal, embody the view of the whole. An empirical case of kidney deficiency and blood stasis irregular menstruation(polycystic ovary syndrome).
