我国金融控股公司发展存在的问题与对策研究

摘要
阐述了国内外金融控股公司发展的现状,分析了在世界一体化格局中我国金融控股公司存在设立目的复杂、缺乏专门立法、发展模式不完善、内部管理体制不健全、外部监管缺陷等问题,为此,从健全法律法规体系、转变理念、强化监管、完善治理结构等方面提出了促进金融控股公司健康发展的对策。
This paper expounds the current situation of the development of domestic and international financial holding companies, and analyses the potential problems existing in China's financial holding companies in the world integration pattern, such as the complex purpose of setting up, the lack of specialized legislation, the imperfect development model, the imperfect internal management system and the defects of external supervision. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the relevant laws and regulations, change the concept, strengthen supervision and improve governance. The countermeasures to promote the healthy development of financial holding companies are put forward in terms of structure and other aspects.
