摘要

目的:对三七药材的质量现状进行调查与评价。方法:在三七各产区采集三年生三七样品87个,采用HPLC法同时测定三七样品中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1及人参皂苷Rd的含量。结果:各产区采集的三七样品中,三七皂苷R1含量以云南省红河州的三七为最高,最低的是广西百色市;人参皂苷Rg1含量以云南省文山州的三七为最高,最低的是昆明市;人参皂苷Rb1以广西百色市的最高,最低的是保山市;人参皂苷Re以广西百色市的最高,最低的是昆明市和保山市;人参皂苷Rd以广西百色市的最高,最低的是保山市。结论:通过综合分析比较,各产区样品中云南省文山州的三七中总皂苷含量最高,其余依次为百色市、玉溪市、红河州、曲靖市、昆明市、保山市。
        Objective:Making investigation and evaluation of the quality status of Panax notoginseng herbal medicine.Method:Collecting 87 samples in each Panax notoginseng production area,the content of notginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Rd are determined by HPLC.Result:The content of notginsenoside R1 is the highest in notoginseng of Yunnan Province Honghe Prefecture,and the lowest is Baise City of Guangxi;The content of ginsenoside Rg1 is the highest in Wenshan Prefecture of Yunnan Province,and the lowest is Kunming City;Ginsenosides Rb1 is the highest in Baise City,and the lowest is Baoshan City;Ginsenosides Re is the highest in Baise City,and the lowest is Kunming City and Baoshan City;Ginsenosides Rd is the highest in Baise City,and the lowest is BaoshanCity.Conclusion:By comprehensive analysis and comparison,the total saponin content in Panax notoginseng in Wenshan Prefecture of Yunnan Province is the highest,followed by Baise City,Yuxi City,Honghe Prefecture,Qujing City,Kunming City and Baoshan City.
