中西医治疗距骨骨软骨损伤临床研究进展
摘要
距骨骨软骨损伤(OLT)是一种以踝关节慢性持续疼痛、负重及运动后疼痛加剧为主要临床表现的疾病。近年随着医学的发展,对OLT的认识进一步提高,其发病率及诊断率持续增加。笔者对中西医治疗OLT的临床研究进展及其方法的优缺点进行综述和分析。
