摘要
氯化工艺所产生的尾气直接排放会造成严重的环境污染。本文采用氯化亚铁溶液和液碱作为吸收液,研究其对氯气吸收效果的影响。结果表明,氯化亚铁吸收液对氯气的吸收效果更好,吸收后的尾气排放能达到上海市《大气污染物综合排放标准》(DB31/933-2015)要求[1]。
The direct emission of tail gas from the chlorination process can cause serious environmental pollution. In this paper, ferrous chloride solution and liquid alkali were used as the absorption liquid to study its effect on the absorption of chlorine. The results show that the ferrous chloride absorption liquid has a better absorption effect on chlorine gas, and the exhaust gas emission after absorption can meet the requirements of Shanghai "Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants"(DB31/933-2015).
